Summer Session for applicable scholars will begin July 11, 2016.

Urge Catalyst Maria's elected officials to vote yes for SB231!
In Illinois, students living in low-wealth school districts receive only $0.81 for every dollar spent on students living in high wealth districts. The result is the kids needing the most receive the least aid from the state.
Because of these funding disparities, Chicago Public Schools is contemplating a 39% cut across the board for all schools. These cuts will no doubt negatively affect Catalyst Circle Rock and Catalyst Maria Charter Schools by increasing class sizes and eliminating student supports and programs.
The scholars, staff, families and school communities have worked too hard to provide our scholars with the best education possible to allow more budget cuts to undo this progress.
Send an email to your legislators to vote YES for SB231 through the link above!
Catalyst Circle Rock and Catalyst Maria will be in session Friday April 1, 2016. If you have any questions, please contact the Main Office at Catalyst Circle Rock (773-945-5025) or Catalyst Maria (773-993-1770). Thank you for ensuring that your scholars are present at school Friday (and every day!)!
Catalyst Maria hosted members of Northrop Grumman today, including Catalyst Board member Steven D’Souza, as part of the company’s DiscoverE program! During their visit Steven and co-worker Marc Gaddis spoke with the school’s middle school Project Lead the Way classes to share their engineering experiences and involve students in hands-on, engineering-related classroom projects and activities. We are incredibly grateful for the partnership and support of Northrop Grumman and Steven at both Catalyst campuses through DiscoverE and other programs!
