The Catalyst lotteries are open to the public and will be monitored by an independent auditor. The deadline for inclusion in the Catalyst Circle Rock and Catalyst Maria 2023-2024 lotteries is March 26, 2023.

Catalyst is a public charter school open to all Chicago students.  We serve all students no matter what their race, ethnicity, ancestry, country of origin, language spoken, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, academic ability or need for special educations services.  We believe all children can learn and we take an individualized approach to each student’s development.

On August 22, the teams at Catalyst Circle Rock and Catalyst Maria welcomed our incredible 1,620 K-12th grade scholars to the 2022-2023 school year! Catalyst Circle Rock is embarking on its 16th year partnering with the Austin community and Catalyst Maria is beginning its 11th year in Chicago Lawn. We are incredibly inspired and grateful for each team member’s efforts to making the first week of school such a success and we are confident this year will be the best yet!! All Catalyst Board meetings are open to the public and an agenda will be posted at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. There is a public comment portion of the meeting established for every Board meeting.
