Urban Partnership Bank Career Day

Urban Partnership Bank employees, TEAM CATALYST-CIRCLE ROCK,  worked with Catalyst scholars during Career Day presenting some of the basics any person should consider when thinking about a future career.

Urban Partnership Bank employees, TEAM CATALYST-HOWLAND, offered scholars the same content as Team Circle-Rock presented.  Elements of the day's discussion included the importance of Communication (high level literacy), Math and Numbers, Creativity, and Customer Service (Relationships).    The Urban Partnership employees who volunteered as teachers for the day supported the message that students receive consistently at Catalyst:  study, pay attention, take risks, know yourself and your skills and talents, and use your time well.
