In an effort to increase math scores and provide targeted instruction to K-8th Grade CCR scholars, the school is coordinating an after-school tutoring initiative that will run from 3:45-4:45 every Tuesday and Thursday from March 22- May 19, 2016. The school is opening the tutoring opportunity to ALL stakeholders who are willing to help! This includes local high schools and universities, professional colleagues, parents, Board members, staff members, family, friends and anyone who wants to donate their time to help CCR scholars succeed!
CCR's goal for the Math Madness program is to log at least 400 hours of tutoring over 16 sessions- this would require approximately 25 tutors per day. While this goal is ambitious, the CCR team is confident they can do it with your help to achieve the school’s 2015-2016 theme of One Team, One Goal!!
If you are interested in making an incredible impact on the life of a CCR scholar through your assistance (ranging from one visit to a weekly commitment) or know someone else who may be interested, please contact CCR's Principal Elizabeth Jamison-Dunn at This email address is being protected from spambots.
