Catalyst Maria's High School Principal Dawn Sandoval and Director of Instruction Elizabeth Ahrens will be presenters at the Illinois ACT 2014 annual conference, Remapping the Road to College and Career Readiness!  This event is being held on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the DoubleTree Chicago Oak Brook in Oak Brook, IL. The conference will have over 300 school counselors, administrators, and outreach representatives from Illinois’s postsecondary institutions in attendance. Mrs. Sandoval and Mrs. Ahrens will be presenting on:

Session Time: 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Catalyst Howland celebrated its 1st Quarter “No Tardy Party” on Monday, November 11, 2014!  Catalyst Howland had 176 scholars with perfect attendance this quarter- WOW! Keep up the great work Tigers!

The Catalyst Schools will be closed to scholars and staff in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday from Wednesday November 26, 2014-Friday, November 28, 2014. We are so THANKFUL for all of our Catalyst scholars, families, staff and partners!
